Bravo! Marketing is getting
into the wireless business, joining the ranks of firms that are offering
their clients the development of wireless Web sites.
The company has designed a wireless version of its own site to show off its
capabilities. Bravo! says it can offer clients features like product news,
orders, and up-to-the-minute sales figures.
“A year from now, most companies will consider wireless Web access to their
sites a necessity, not a luxury,” says Rich Scherle, exective vice
president, Bravo! marketing.
That’s the point of view taken by other Web development firms, as well.
Interactive agencies Razorfish and
Agency.com have both announced wireless
Web practices.
