Cuesta Technologies LLC this week
released a free upgrade to Add-A-Form, its Web-based system that enables
anyone to create and instantly publish forms on their Web pages.

Add-A-Form was created so that users
without HTML or programming knowledge can create questionnaires, surveys,
guest books and other types of interactive forms for their Web site. By
following Add-A-Form’s step-by-step instructions, the tool instantly
creates all the required HTML and CGI code. When visitors submit their
responses, Add-A-Form processes and stores the data, then displays the
tabulated results.

The Professional Edition of Add-A-Form enables the form’s author to
retrieve the
raw data and view it in FileMaker Pro, Microsoft Access or Excel format. As an
alternative, they may have the form responses e-mailed to themselves. The
Basic Edition of Add-A-Form is a free solution that enables even beginners
to create an interactive feedback form that can be accessed over the Internet.

The professional edition of Add-A-Form is free until the end of the year,
at which time the price will depend on the number of forms, the desired
life span for the forms, the ability to access raw data, and other options.
For detailed pricing information, visit the Add-A-Form Web site.
