eXcelon, Extensibility Push B2B Standards

E-business product and services provider eXcelon Corp. has formed a technology and marketing partnership with XML development tools
vendor Extensibility Inc.

The two companies have agreed to package Extensibility’s, XML Authority
product with eXcelon’s (EXLN) Dynamic Application Platform, eXcelon 2.0, and the eXcelon B2B Integration Server. The anticipation is that such bundling will
enable developers to define and extend how business-to-business (B2B)
dialects are interchanged and mapped.

“Partnering with eXcelon Corporation gives our companies a tremendous
opportunity to combine two leading edge product lines,” said Reid Conrad,
Extensibility’s president and chief executive officer.

Extensibility’s solutions include XML Authority and XMLschema.com. XML
Authority is an e-business rules design and management solution designed to
accelerate the creation, management and processing of XML-based e-business
rules. XMLschema.com automates e-business rules processing, providing
Web-based services for the validation and conversion of XML-based
schemas.

eXcelon’s B2B product family consists of three components. eXcelon B2B
Integration Server
delivers dynamic B2B solutions for enterprises that
want to broaden their partner base and integrate partners with new and
existing business processes. eXcelon Dynamic Application Platform 2.0
is an XML-based development platform for building and deploying dynamic
e-business applications. It enables the universal exchange, aggregation and
management of business content between corporations and trading communities.
eXcelon eSolutions is a suite of frameworks and components for
vertical industry solutions. Built on the eXcelon B2B Integration Server,
these solutions target the insurance, retail, manufacturing, and
telecommunications industries.
