Macdonald Harris and Associates Ltd. this week released its Toolbar Wizard, a Web authoring tool that allows users to create dynamic toolbar menus and mouse-over graphic effects.

The utility enables artists and non-programmers to create and test dynamic
toolbars and mouse-over effects without the need for any manual JavaScript
or HTML programming.

MHA has even devoted a Gallery section of its site to sample effects that have been created using the tool.

MHA Toolbar Wizard is available for download from the MHA Toolbar Wizard Web site. The demo is
fully functional, but is limited to a 30-day trial period. The registered
version sells for $30, and may be upgraded and paid for directly from
within the product.
