RealNetworks Monday released the final
version of RealProducer Pro G2 for Windows as well as RealProducer Plus G2
for the Compaq Tru64 UNIX operating system and the beta
release of RealProducer Plus G2 for the Linux platform.

RealProducer Pro G2 is designed to help Web developers create streaming and
synchronized multimedia presentations that include URL flips, RealText
captions and image links to audio or video files. Features such as batch
processing, timeline editing, and template for SMIL and HTML pages are
designed for deadline-oriented production work.

The UNIX versions announced Monday are optimized for live audio and video
encoding. Users can operate the UNIX versions of the RealProducer Plus
G2 locally with the familiar graphical RealProducer Plus user interface.

RealProducer Pro G2 for Windows 95, 98, and NT is immediately available here. Unix
versions of RealProducer Plus G2 can be found here.
