Aspect will deploy Selectica’s ISS as an enterprise-wide web solution in order to empower Aspect’s global sales force by simplifying the configuration and ordering of products and services online.

Aspect implemented the Selectica solution to support their ongoing mission of optimizing sales force efficiency and effectiveness in selling Aspect’s diverse product line in a much shorter timeframe. Aspect’s Customer Relationship Portal and Aspect’s portal applications, including Aspect eWorkforce Management, Aspect Web Interaction, Aspect Multimedia and Aspect Customer Email among others can be configured in different ways to accommodate diverse customers’ needs.
