Intranets.com Tuesday licensed its
intranet development technologies to Businessmall.com clients.

Reciprocal content placements, cooperative marketing and promotional
campaigns will be developed between the two companies. Intranet.com will
also provide free hosting and a free URL to each member.
BusinessMall.com, a business-to-business site, will integrate
Intranets.com’s collaboration tools into the free “virtual office” that it
provides each BusinessMall.com client.

As the offspring of incubator idealab!, Intranets.com offers alternatives to
developing Wide Area Networks (WAN) since companies can avoid much of the
costs associated with dedicated lines and network routers.

“Intranets.com’s solution provides world-class business tools and
collaborative technology through a truly elegant interface,” said Steve
Crane, executive vice president of business development for
BusinessMall.com.

“On the business side, our marketing and business
development teams will be working closely to create further opportunities
for both companies in the coming years.”

In related news Tuesday, Intranets.com offered an intranet portal to the
clients of Hello Direct (HELO), a developer and direct marketer of desktop telephony and equipment
interface products.
