Alliance Data Set to Acquire Aspen for $345 Million

Alliance Data Systems Corporation’s (NYSE: ADS) Epsilon business unit is acquiring Aspen Marketing in a deal valued at $345 million.

Aspen Marketing is a digital analytics and marketing vendor. Aspen will be added to Epsilon’s database, analytics and distribution offerings.

Epsilon recently made headlines with a high-profile security breach that may have exposed customer data.

“Aspen is a well-admired, innovative agency that is a perfect fit for Epsilon,” Bryan Kennedy, president of Epsilon, said in a statement.
