Avanade, NetIQ Join Forces

Seattle’s Avanade Inc. Tuesday teamed with San Jose-based NetIQ Corp. to jointly sell and market integrated offerings that aid mid- to large-size organizations with implementation of Microsoft Windows 2000 deployments.

Under the agreement, Avanade will utilize NetIQ’s CommerceTrends Visitor Relationship Management Platform when providing Microsoft integration services to its customers. The deal specifically covers Avanade’s work in the areas of migrating, monitoring and managing the performance of Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000.

“Synergies between these two premier Microsoft partners offer value to customers in terms of accelerated delivery and more effective, reliable solutions,” said Steve Seminario, director of business development at NetIQ. “Avanade offers the deep technical insight and skilled resources for successful project assessment, design and implementation.”
