Vancouver, B.C.-based Fuzzy Logic Software Corporation has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of Free Trade Medical Network Inc.

The transaction will proceed by way of a share exchange according to legally binding Formal Documentation, which is in the process of being prepared.

Free Trade Medical Network Inc. provides Canadians, and others around the globe, with immediate access to the U.S. Beech Street PPO Network, providing case managed access to facilities at discounted prices.

According to a release issued jointly by the two companies, Free Trade Medical Network Inc. is aiming to broaden the base of Canadians with access to the U.S. market by providing clients with discounted prices, helping them to control overall costs, which have risen as a result of lengthy waiting lists in the Canadian medical system.
