Portland-based Internet consulting company CyberSight has acquired Nine Dots, an Irvine, California-based interactive marketing and consulting firm.

The combined organization will maintain offices in Portland, Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Tacoma, Toronto.

Nine Dots CEO Craig Holland will continue serving as the CEO of the Nine Dots subsidiary and will become vice president, Southern California, for CyberSight.
