E-Services Company Opens UK Subsidiary

E-services company ServiceWare has opened
a subsidiary in the U.K.


Already servicing many customers in Europe including Alliance &
Leicester
plc, ServiceWare intends the new subsidiary to give added to support its
customers and partners.


ServiceWare says that its new U.K. company, named ServiceWare Limited,
is part of a continued expansion into the international marketplace.


“As the use of the Internet by businesses and consumers alike continues
to grow at an exponential rate, it is important for companies worldwide
to have the most comprehensive e-service technology in place,” said
David Dow, ServiceWare’s managing director of international operations.


“With the addition of the eService Suite to our offerings, we are
positioned like never before to help companies throughout the world
improve the outcome of every customer interaction with the most
effective e-service technology.”


ServiceWare has over 4,000 customers worldwide, among them
Pfizer, Lucent Technologies, Marriott, Hughes Network Systems, Yamaha,
Kimberly-Clark, and Call Centre Europe.
