E-business solutions provider Delano
Technology Corp.
has opened European headquarters in London, England.

The company says it is addressing European market demands for its flagship Delano e-Business Interaction Suite application, which enables companies to
interact with the extended enterprise, including customers, partners,
suppliers, and employees.

The Delano suite is a companion to Web and e-mail servers, integrating with
existing company databases, directories, and other enterprise IT
systems. The platform provides a way to develop and deploy applications
that cover the broad spectrum of sales and marketing, customer service,
operations, finance, and human resources.

Protégé, a business incubator
for guiding international expansion of North American Internet
companies, is managing Delano’s initial European expansion.

The new version of Delano e-Business Interaction Suite also supports
international languages which enables applications deployed on the
Delano e-Business Interaction Suite to receive and process e-mail and
Web interactions in several languages. This provides companies with an
opportunity to leverage the Internet as a channel for global e-business
initiatives.
