European Digital Camera Distributor Signs with PhotoAccess.com

London, ENGLAND — Digital Dream Co., distributor of Microtek digital
cameras in Europe, has inked a deal with PhotoAccess.com Corp.
to provide a full range of digital photo services to European consumers.

Digital Dream is represented in eight countries through more
than 2,000 dealers including such chains as Dixons, Tesco, Media Mart,
FNAC, Comet and Jessups.

The new services from Seattle-based PhotoAccess.com will enable
Digital Dream to add online digital photo management, storage and
e-commerce services to its range.

Jerry Barber, president and chief executive of PhotoAccess, said
the agreement showed how easy it is for PhotoAccess to integrate
its photo finishing infrastructure into partners’ Web sites anywhere
in the world. In his opinion, he said, Digital Dream represents the
future of digital camera usage in Europe.

Christine MacSween, managing director of Digital Dream, commented
that her company is currently selling thousands of digital cameras
a week through its retail partners.

“By adding a photo finishing solution, and offering coupons for
low-priced digital prints in every camera box, we expect to hasten
camera adoption and significantly improve the out-of-box experience
for the consumer,” said MacSween.

The new service is expected to into operation during May 2001.
It will give users the opportunity of downloading a free copy of
PhotoStreamer software which in turn lets them manage their
photos on a PC or Macintosh computer. Users will also be able to
upload the pictures to the Digital Dream Web site for permanent —
and free — storage.

Other features of the service include the option of ordering
prints for home delivery and creating personalized Web albums
that can be viewed by friends and relatives online.

Digital Dream Co. can be contacted at its Web site, not unexpectedly
bearing the address: www.digitaldreamco.com.
