Europe’s First E-Commerce Site for Media Companies Debuts

Sweden’s Kamera Interactive, recently launched KameraOne, an online
marketplace for a wide range of digitized video content.

KameraOne offers buyers and sellers of digital audio and video to trade content rights. The site also aims to make it easy for
content holders to create new revenue streams on the Internet with existing content.

KameraOne will provide media companies a meeting place in the promising
broadband market where they can do business. KameraOne is developed by
Kamera Interactive together with marchFIRST (formerly USWeb).

“KameraOne will have a great impact on how content on the Internet will look
in the future. Broadband networks will be the most important distribution
channels for video content and KameraOne will help our clients to take and
keep a leading market position, Willstrand continues”, says Dan Willstrand,
chief executive officer of Kamera Interactive.

KameraOne offers buyers access to news, sports and entertainment from
Associated Press, the music series Planet Rock Files, fashion program
VideoFashion and short cult films from the American production company
Honkworm, e.g. the net series Fishbar. The buyers can search for product information and have easy access to previews.

KameraOne supports all media formats and
delivery methods. There is also a WAP version of KameraOne in development.

Kamera Interactive maintains control of the system from acquisition to
delivery, making KameraOne a secure solution for Internet distribution. No
