[Toronto, CANADA] Excite Canada and Expedia are offering a new service which allows Excite.ca users to book
air, hotel and car reservations as well as access travel-related news and information. Expedia.ca is now integrated
throughout Excite.ca’s travel channel, one of 15 channels.

Excite.ca’s travel channel will offer Canadian leisure and business travelers the opportunity to research, plan and book their travel in one place. Travelers
can learn about a desired destination by browsing through a selection of guidebooks and then book their trip using the travel booking services offered by
Expedia.ca.

Whether individuals are using Excite.ca to book a week-long vacation or an overnight business trip, they will have access to more than 450 airlines, 40,000
hotels, and all major car rental agencies.

In addition to travel content, Excite.ca users will have access to travel planning tools and services from Expedia.ca, including Fare Calendar that helps
customers find lower fares by showing them the dates of travel when the lowest fares are available. Maps, a weekly travel feature, and business locator will
also be available to users on the Excite.ca travel channel.

Expedia, Inc. operates Expedia.ca, an online Web site in Canada with localized versions for travelers in the United States, Germany and the United
Kingdom.

Excite Canada’s branded network of content services include the portal, www.excite.ca, the broadband @Home content portal accessible to customers of
the Rogers, Shaw, Cogeco and Videon @Home high-speed Internet services, and wireless content and applications featured on Rogers AT&T mobile
devices.
