HTN Inks Agreements with CGI, BCE Emergis

HTN last week signed a technology development agreement with CGI
Information Systems and Management Consultants
to assist HTN with the
enhancement and deployment of its global network strategy.

HTN also successfully completed the integration and testing of its
entertainment commerce platform with BCE
Emergis
‘ high volume online payment authorization system.

CGI is the largest independent information technology services provider in
Canada and the fifth largest in North America, based on its annual revenue
run rate of $1.6 billion. Its backlog currently stands at more than $7.2
billion.

Employing 10,000 professionals and providing end-to-end IT services and
business solutions to approximately 2,500 clients, CGI has operations in
Canada, the U.S., and the U.K., and does business in 23 other countries.

HTN provides specialized Business to Business E-Commerce ticketing and
reservation services for the entertainment industry.
