InstantService Launches Chat-based CRM for Small Businesses

Seattle-based ASP InstantService, a provider of chat, e-mail, FAQ and other integrated CRM solutions, Wednesday unveiled its new InstantService Small Business Edition.

InstantService Small Business Edition is a text-based chat CRM solution designed from small to medium businesses. A subscription goes for $80 per month, under which the subscriber gets the live chat solution and 100 transactions per month, with additional transactions billed a $1 each.

“InstantService has made a strong commitment to smaller businesses by offering them an affordable, high-quality online customer service solution that will enhance their customer support offering and their online presence,” said Mike Lande, chief executive officer of InstantService. “InstantService Small Business Edition is an offering that expands the reach of an established small to mid-size business by helping it stay connected to customers and, therefore, makes it more competitive in its marketplace.”
