SINGAPORE — Lemon (Asia) Limited, an Internet World Asia Awards recipient for Best Design Shop last year, has partnered with U.S.-based Art Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) to support integration of the ATG Dynamo e-business platform into Lemon’s customer base.
As part of its corporate vision of providing consulting, design, development and deployment services for companies in need of e-business solutions, Hong Kong-based Lemon will now offer its clients the ability to better manage their own customer relationships based on the ATG Dynamo e-business platform.
Lemon joins ATG’s network of more than 250 partners to provide e-business solutions to companies such as 3M, Aetna Services, Inc., Eastman Kodak, HSBC, Sun Microsystems and American Airlines.
The ATG Dynamo e-business platform is said to enable businesses using the Internet as the primary business channel to understand, manage and build online customer relationships, and more effectively market, sell and support products and services over the Internet.
Said Lemon chief executive officer Neil Runcieman, “There is increasing demand for customer management services throughout Asia and the ATG Dynamo e-business platform represents a major step forward for businesses, suppliers, and partners that want to manage their customers better and significantly improve their e-commerce efforts.
“The addition of ATG Dynamo e-business platform expands Lemon’s extensive portfolio of professional services and enhances the company’s reputation as one of Asia’s leading digital agencies.”
ATG Dynamo 5, which supports Chinese language capability, enables businesses operating on HP and Linux platforms to get more out of their e-business operations with the latest Dynamo e-commerce and customer management solutions, company officials said. It also enhances personalization with scenario-driven technology, while being fully customizable and scalable.
Added Gary Morley, ATG’s director for Asia Pacific, “We believe the ATG Dynamo e-business platform will prove as popular in Asia as it has in the rest of the world, and look forward to a long and mutually successful partnership with Lemon.”
