E-commerce and online personalization software Art Technology Group said it is now shipping an
upgrade to its Dynamo product suite.
Dynamo 4.5 provides infrastructure support for the Extensible Markup Language
(XML) and has been internationalized to accommodate global e-commerce.
ATG’s Dynamo brings together Java and XML to provide a platform that
facilitates data access and application integration across and between
enterprises.
New features include: XML support throughout the entire Dynamo product suite;
XML Content Repository to enable content to be stored, targeted and served
using Dynamo’s personalization engine; two XML Parsers based on
industry-standard APIs to accomplish integration efforts; and an XSL
Processor for deployment of XML content without requiring XML support at the
browser by translating content into HTM; as well as internationalization
capability for handling localized content.
