DoubleClick Inc. has signed an
international ad sales partnership with financial news site CBS Marketwatch.

The countries included in the partnership are Australia, Austria, Belgium,
Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, the
Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K.

The agreement is an expansion of the existing relationship between the two companies. CBS Marketwatch.com said it will primarily benefit from DoubleClick’s
international sales force.

“DoubleClick’s local sales force in each country will maximize revenue for
CBS Marketwatch.com in major Internet advertising markets and strengthen
their international position,” said Barry Salzman, president of DoubleClick
International.

DoubleClick has established operations in 17 countries and sells advertising
to more than 2,400 advertisers worldwide. Its international network
represents more than 1,500 sites.

“DoubleClick’s solutions are a good complement to our international editorial
strategy of expanded coverage in London, Tokyo and other major cities,” said
Scot Mclernon, vice president of sales at MarketWatch.com. “And with DART as
our ad serving solution, tapping into DoubleClick’s international sales
channel will be seamless.”

MarketWatch.com is a joint venture between CBS Broadcasting Inc. and Data Broadcasting Corp.
