CBS MarketWatch to Use DoubleClick Technology

San Mateo, CA-based CBS MarketWatch reported it
will be using DART advertising serving technology from DoubleClick to serve
targeted advertising on more than 40 million pages per month.


“DoubleClick has clearly emerged as the leader in creating new technology that
allows Web sites to target advertising to the best possible customers,” said
Larry Kramer, chief executive officer of CBS MarketWatch. Financial details of
the agreement were not disclosed.


CBS MarketWatch is an equal partner joint venture between CBS and Data
Broadcasting Corp. It delivers business news and real-time financial data and
analysis. DoubleClick is a provider of Internet advertising solutions for
advertisers and Web publishers.
