Mecklermedia Corp. Tuesday acquired ISP-Lists, which
publishes a variety of newsletters and Web sites dealing on the Internet
provider industry.

The business is a collection of 22 e-mail discussion lists, 15 e-mail
newsletters and 25 ISP-specific Web sites. Terms of the deal were not
disclosed. ISP-Lists will become part of the Internet.com network.

“ISP-Lists is the online hub of the Internet service provider community,”
said Alan M. Meckler, chairman and chief executive officer of Mecklermedia.

“Many people are talking about online ‘communities’ today. ISP-Lists is the
best execution of the ‘community’ concept that we’ve seen in the
business-to-business arena.”

Christopher M. Knight, ISP-Lists founder, will join Internet.com’s staff
and oversee the unit’s development.
