Windfire International Corp. Ltd., an international consortium, Friday became the recipient of Medium4.com’s first master affiliate license. Medium4.com (MDMM) will receive $1.5 million, of which $500,000 has been paid, and a share of projected revenue.

The five-year license allows Windfire the right to create sub-licensed affiliates on Medium4.com’s ForeignTV.com Network in 10 specified countries in Africa and in Southeast Asia. The agreement enables both operations to reach areas of Africa and Southeast Asia for advertising, e-commerce and other revenue streams while exposing the ForeignTV.com Network to other overseas markets.

Further, the license agreement provides for integration into the ForeignTV.com Network environment as well as marketing and promotional support and use of a localized URL from the Medium4.com’s TV.com domains.

The sale of this license will help Medium4.com and ForeignTV.com Network extend their brands,
business models and contents into new markets, said Jonathan Braun, chief executive officer of Medium4.com, Inc.

“This relationship will help us to further develop our affiliate program,” Braun said. “Each of
our international affiliates plays a vital and thriving role in building our growing revenue stream.”
