Have you been waiting around for a late parcel and thought to yourself “They owe me?” A new Northwest company may have some help to offer.

OnTimeAudit, a Redmond startup specializing in online customer service and auditing solutions, has announced a partnership with FreightStats, the largest online provider of e-commerce services for Air-Cargo, Ocean Cargo, Truckload, Rail and Expedited Parcel Services.

Under the agreement OnTimeAudit will provide its OnTimeAuditor service to FreightStats customers.

The product will allow businesses to track failed deliveries, and other failures which require refunds.

OnTimeAudit estimates that combined delivery failures for Expedited Parcel Services may exceed $2.5 billion in unclaimed refunds each year.

“OnTimeAuditor will report refunds that previously were too difficult to chase down manually,” says Mike Harris OnTimeAudit CEO. “It’s a perfect service for businesses that are interested in returning money to their bottom line and improving customer service with better package delivery intelligence.”
