[Sydney, Australia, June 28, 2000]: Australian digital music site MP3.com.au is expanding into New Zealand
and the UK, after purchasing the domains of its namesake.
Public company ehyou.com, which owns
the self-described Music Service Provider, will expand into New Zealand to
try to draw a following of musicians and music consumers with services to
musicians, songwriters and artists.
The Australian site also provides streaming radio, free music downloads
and sells music and MP3 hardware including MP3 players and personal and car
stereos.
ehyou.com plans to draw audiences and revenue from its international
ventures through advertising and sponsorship announcing its arrival in the
respective markets.
