QuikBIZ Internet Group Posts Record Sales for Second Quarter ’98

QuikBIZ Internet Group
Inc.
said it recorded sales of $560,028 for the second quarter of 1998,
against no revenue during the same period for 1997.


Sales for the six-month period ending June 30 equaled $840,724, against
zero revenues for the same period 1997. The company reported a profit of
$10,074
for the period.


QuikBIZ Internet Group is an Internet related holding company that operates
several subsidiaries including: QuikLAB Multimedia Centers Inc.; The Smith
Agency; and Q-BIZ Business Centers.


“I am pleased to report our corporate strategy for bringing QuikBIZ
Internet Group to new sales heights and profitability is on course,” said
David Bawarsky, CEO of
QuikBIZ Internet Group. “Our
recent acquisition of QuikLAB Multimedia Centers and our other subsidiaries
will further enhance our corporate sales and profitability for the second
half of 1998. We will continue to seek out additional opportunities
through acquisitions and mergers.”


QuikBIZ said it previously signed an investment banking agreement with M.H.
Meyerson & Co. to assist QuikBIZ Internet Group in seeking acquisitions,
mergers and capital for expansion.


QuikBIZ’s corporate strategy is to
provide businesses with “one-stop” solutions for corporate communications,
sales, marketing, training, advertising and public relations.
The company said its goal is to become a “name brand” entity in the
corporate communications service business.
