[Toronto, CANADA] Sheridan Reserve Inc. acquired exclusive e-commerce rights to develop the golf portal and e-retail spin off Nevadabobs.com, with other domain registrations worldwide, excluding the United Kingdom and Europe.

The purchase price of US $7 million consists of cash and common shares of Sheridan Reserve which will change its name to NevadaBobs.com Inc.

Sheridan Reserve has partnered with I-Storm, Inc. an e-commerce developer and incubator, to design the NevadaBobs.com golf portal.

Under the venture, I-Storm and Nevada Bob’s Golf will become equity stake holders in Sheridan Reserve. Nevada Bob’s Golf will provide NevadaBobs.com with merchandising, procurement and marketing support. I-Storm will build, develop and integrate the site.

The golf portal partnership between Sheridan Reserve and I-Storm to build the NevadaBob’s.com portal leverages a recognized brand in golf with merchandising and marketing to dominate the golf-online experience, according to Tony Loth, president of Nevada Bob’s Golf.

I-Storm, Inc. partners with brands to co-develop and co-manage e-commerce ventures. Combining the roles of an outsource service provider and an e-business incubator, it builds and operates online selling systems, using technologies and business practices drawn from its experience in e-commerce and interactive marketing.

The Nevada Bob’s system is the world’s largest chain of retail specialty golf stores, with 281 stores worldwide.
