SIMS Communications Signs with IBC for Corporate Promotion

SIMS Communications Inc. retained Interactive Business Channel (IBC) to
assist the company in its corporate promotion to investors. Spending was not
disclosed.

IBC specializes in structuring strategic advertising campaigns and currently
has relationships with Barron’s, Investors Business Daily, Raging Bull,
Motley Fool, Money, and Fortune Magazine.

“We
selected IBC because they have years of experience in Internet commerce,
finance, marketing and advertising,” said Mark E. Bennett, SIMS president and chief executive officer. “SIMS Communications, particularly with JustMed.com, our recently launched
healthcare Web portal, and Med Store
, its Home Medical Equipment electronic commerce store, will be
well-represented by them.”

Matthew Marcus, Interactive Business Channel’s CEO said “more and more
companies are turning to the Internet as an effective vehicle for investor
relations and are selecting the Interactive Business Channel to help.
Investors and professionals browse IBC on a daily basis for information on
publicly traded companies, commentary from top financial editors, stock
quotes, daily market data, online investing services and Internet stock
picks.”

The Interactive Business Channel provides Internet-based Investor Relation
services using various forms of information distribution including Web site
advertising and design, media placement, and its e-mail newsletter IBC StockLine.

SIMS Communications provides electronic transaction solutions for the
healthcare industry. Products include its MedCard System, a system that
provides 100 percent paperless electronic data entry at the physician’s office for
all medical insurance billings and collections; its One Medical Service
System, a solution that gives pharmacies the ability to provide a one-stop
shopping solution for home medical equipment (HME) and home healthcare
related service needs.
