Healthshop.com, an online natural
health store, said Warner-Lambert Co. has taken a
minority equity position in the company.

Warner-Lambert has Parke-Davis pharmaceuticals, as well as consumer products
such as Dentyne, Listerine, Certs, Zantac, Sudafed, Neosporin, Hall’s and
Quanterra.

Warner-Lambert views healthshop.com as a platform to accelerate its
involvement in e-commerce and enhance its position in the growing market for
complementary medicines, Healthshop.com said. Financial details were not
disclosed.

“Healthshop.com provides the perfect venue for Warner-Lambert to advance its
presence in e-commerce,” said Ellen S. Weiss, vice president for e-business
at Warner-Lambert. “After surveying the emerging online natural health
space,
we felt that healthshop.com was clearly in a leadership position for this
rapidly emerging category.”

“We couldn’t be more pleased to be working with a company with the
reputation, heritage and expertise of Warner-Lambert,” said healthshop.com
CEO and founder Glenn Zweig.

San Francisco-based Healthshop.com, launched in January 1999, provides
educational materials and support to help people integrate natural health
products into their lives.
