Webfin.com To Be Acquired by Planet411.com

Montreal-based Webfin.com, a financial and investment
portal, has agreed to be acquired by Planet411.com an electronic business
service provider and virtual city creator. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The move “will provide our introductory virtual city of Montreal with an
immediate sticky audience, advertising revenues and high-quality content,”
said Stephane Chouinard, founder of Planet411.com.

Webfin.com says it is the largest French language investment and financial
portal in North America and also operates the Euro-Web Financier site.
Planet411.com offers merchants and businesses turnkey, oursourced E- business
solutions within planned, local Internet communities on a city by city basis.
