AdForce Names EVP of Technology and Operations

AdForce, provider of the AdForce centralized
online ad management service, appointed Harish S. Rao as executive vice
president of technology and operations.


Rao joins AdForce after serving as vice president engineering in the network &
service management business unit at Cisco Systems. He was responsible for
Cisco’s Service Management System and focused on end-to-end service
architecture and technology development for management of Frame Relay, ATM and
IP networks.


Prior to joining Cisco, Rao was senior vice president of TCSI, where he
managed operations and development both domestically and abroad.
