Faculty from a variety of small, medium and large advertising agencies will
offer insights on how agencies can make the wisest information technology
investments at the first-ever “Advertising Agency Chief Information Officer
Institute” in New York City.

The conference will provide advertising executives with answers to real
questions about how agencies can get bottom-line improvements from new
technology offerings. The program will take place on Monday, April 12 and
Tuesday, April 13, at the New York Marriott Eastside, located at 525 Lexington
Ave. in Manhattan.

“The broad challenges that technological advances place on the advertising and
marketing communications industry today are significant,” said Neil E.
Handwerker, president of New York-based Fulcrum Information Services, the
conference sponsor. “As agencies continue to grow at a tremendous rate, so
does the technology and information necessary to maintain existing clients and
attract new business.”

The conference will explore the use of Web-based tools to win and manage
worldwide accounts, “next generation” agency management systems, new
directions in agency enterprise and workflow information systems, and the
changing role of the information technology function in advertising agencies.
