Email Publishing Inc. in Boulder, CO, a
provider of message delivery and opt-in e-mail subscription services, is
working with BPA International to define and execute the
first BPA e-mail audit.

Any publisher or corporation using Email Publishing will now be able to
complete a BPA-certified e-mail audit, providing circulation verification of
e-mail-based publications and giving advertisers an accountability tool.

“E-mail newsletters are gaining tremendous momentum and are providing
advertisers
with a well-targeted, high-response online vehicle for reaching specific
customers and markets,” said Peter Black, senior vice president of
marketing at BPA International. “Publishers, such as those working with Email
Publishing, will now be able to extend their brand recognition into new media
markets. BPA International is committed to meeting their needs for
independently audited e-mail circulation data.”

“By teaming up two industry leaders on a ground-breaking initiative like
this, we’re able to move
forward and create a state-of-the-art e-mail service for this entire thriving
industry, and keep our customers on the forefront of innovation in the
publishing field,” said Andrew Currie, president and CEO of Email Publishing.

On Aug. 15, Email Publishing entered into a definitive agreement to be
acquired by First Virtual Holdings Inc. The transaction is expected to close
in the fourth quarter.
