CareerPath.com Adds Eight Newspaper Affiliates

Los Angeles-based employment advertising site CareerPath.com said it has signed eight
new newspaper affiliates.

Employment classifieds and advertising from Austin American-Statesman (TX),
Fort Worth Star-Telegram (TX), San Antonio Express-News (TX), The Bellingham
Herald
(WA), The Herald Dispatch (WV), The Kansas City Star (MO), The Jackson
Sun
(TN) and The News & Observer (Raleigh, NC) will now be accessible to job
seekers at CareerPath.com.

“Our affiliates help to
create a comprehensive career site that combines job classifieds from
newspapers with jobs found only on the Web,” said Stephen Ste. Marie, CEO of CareerPath.com.

CareerPath.com offers employers a full suite of recruitment services,
including Resume Connection, which enables employers to search
CareerPath.com’s database of 500,000 resumes. Utilizing company profiles,
employers can list business and promotional information as well as their
unique corporate culture and values, linking to their home page, recruiters’
e-mail addresses and all their job listings on the site.

The new affiliates join more than 87 newspapers already on the site.

CareerPath.com was co-founded in 1995 by the Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune,

Washington Post
