CLIQNOW! Offices Opened in Chicago and Los Angeles

May 1, 1998

CLIQNOW! Sales Group, an online advertising
sales rep firm, opened two new office locations in order to expand client and
media sales services.

The addition of offices in Chicago and Los Angeles will allow the company to
strengthen its sales efforts in these key online advertising markets and
assist its New York and San Francisco offices, which have been growing
rapidly, the company said.

The new location in Los Angeles, coupled with CLIQNOW!’s existing San
Francisco office, will give the company a complete West Coast presence.

Scott Paternoster, President of CLIQNOW!, said: “We are expanding our media
programs and ad representation services dramatically. With this will come a
number of unique advertising packages, including direct mail, e-commerce, and
sponsorship programs.”

CLIQNOW! reps for Thomson Investors Network, Associated Press, PR Newswire,
fastWEB, and Women’s Forum, among others. Brand networks include
CLIQFINANCIAL!, CLIQTECH!, CLIQCOLLEGE!, CLIQTRAVEL!, CLIQSPORTS!, CLIQHOME!,
