NetGravity said the CNN Web sites have
renewed and strengthened their relationship with NetGravity, adding
additional software licenses to manage advertising inventory across its
network of sites.

Sites include CNN.com, CNNfn.com and CNNSI.com. The CNN Web sites serve nearly one
billion ad impressions each month using NetGravity AdServers.

Additional
spending was not disclosed.

“The CNN Web
sites are among the busiest online news and information destinations, with an
average of
555 million page impressions a month,” said Monty Mullig, vice president of CNN Internet Technologies. “NetGravity’s system helps us scale to
handle the traffic peaks of more than 30 million page impressions a day
during major breaking news stories.”

“In addition, NetGravity’s AdServer
solution fulfills our need to provide precision ad targeting and support rich
media banner types.”

NetGravity’s merger with DoubleClick is expected to close early in the
fourth quarter.
