DoubleClick Adds Money Talks Site to Network

Feb 13, 1998

Seattle-based Money Talks, a personal investment site, said
it joined the DoubleClick advertising network.

DoubleClick will be responsible for all aspects of advertising sales and
reporting for Money Talks, a PR Newswire e-zine that features original daily
commentary from eight seasoned financial journalists, including ex-New
York
Times
writers Robert Metz, Isadore Barmash, and John Tompkins.

Other sites in the network include AltaVista, Look Smart, The Dilbert Zone,
Gamelan, Macromedia, Fast Company, Travelocity, Billboard Online, and U.S.
News
Online.

“Passing the stringent acceptance processes initiated by DoubleClick
underscores the credibility of content,” said Larry Thomas, publisher of Money
Talks. “The strategic network alliance is another important milestone in
establishing the Money Talks brand.”

“We thoroughly review a site’s marketing objectives and content development to
ensure a smart fit for the DoubleClick network,” said Kevin O’Connor, CEO of
DoubleClick. “The excellent journalism and solid financial content on the
Money Talks site convinced us that the addition was the right fit.”
