Apr 9, 1998

DoubleClick Inc. in New York named
Jeffrey E. Epstein as chief financial officer.

Epstein had been senior vice president at CUC International prior to that
company’s merger with HFS to become Cendant Corp. He was responsible for
CUC’s corporate development activities and acquisitions, as well as directing
strategy, finance, and operations for AutoVantage, a leading Internet

Prior to joining CUC, Epstein was chief financial officer at King World

“Jeff puts us in a stronger position to explore strategic acquisitions that
will help us provide even more solutions for our clients,” said Kevin Ryan,
president and chief operating officer of DoubleClick. “I am confident that
his 19 years of financial management and business development experience will
contribute to DoubleClick’s infrastructure and leadership in the industry.”
