WiseAds New Media Inc. has launched an
e-commerce advertising network to link branded e-commerce sites with targeted
advertisers looking to reach qualified buyers.

WiseAds said it has already established partnerships with 15 e-tailing sites
including
BUY.com, Epinions.com, Fashionmall.com, uBid.com and PCFlowers.com.

“Our niche network offers advertisers the ability to more effectively reach
an active buying audience,” said Evan Stein, co-founder and president of
WiseAds.

“All of the sites within our network present advertisers with the
opportunity to use the online ad dollars they spend to reach people who are
comfortable purchasing products online.”

Initial advertisers include Compaq Factory Outlet, PETsMART.com, HealthQuick
and ibeauty.com.

“In this critical retail season, we can reach people either at the point of
purchase or in
the frame of mind to complete a transaction,” said Jason Cohen, CEO and
co-founder of
WiseAds. “These consumers are buyers,
not browsers.”
