eCommercial.com signed a three-year
agreement with Stan Lee Media Inc. to produce a
series of Internet direct mail campaigns aimed at promoting Stan Lee products
and super hero characters for prospective corporate sponsorships.

According to the agreement, eCommercial will deliver
Stan Lee’s promotional content via a series of eCommercial campaigns aimed at
potential Stan Lee customers, and subsequently, evaluate the results of the
campaigns.

eCommercial said it will derive revenues based on a percentage of corporate
sponsorship fees and merchandise sales accruing to Stan Lee as a result of
the campaigns. The company also will produce a campaign positioning Stan Lee
as a new entry in the public marketplace, with “a significant appeal to the
financial and business community.”

Total revenue from the agreement is expected to exceed $2 million over the
three-year term and, based upon a projected profit margin of 75 percent,
result in pre-tax earnings of approximately five cents per year, eCommercial
said.

eCommercial.com is a producer of fully integrated Internet-based direct mail
advertising campaigns. eCommercials are highly compressed multimedia files
that combine
audio, video, graphics, animations and hypertext links that are sent as
e-mail attachments.

Stan Lee Media Inc. is a newly established Internet-based multimedia
production and marketing company founded by Marvel Comics founder Stan Lee.
Lee is the co-creator of popular super heroes including Spider Man, The
Incredible Hulk, The X Men and The Fantastic Four.
