Cupertino, CA-based AdForce Inc. said that Barton Faber, a
senior executive in the database marketing industry, has joined the company’s
board of directors.

Faber was a key figure in the formation and development of such companies as
Metromail, MapQuest and RR Donnelley’s digital information services division.

As chairman and chief executive officer of Metromail, Faber oversaw the
company’s initial public offering and directed Metromail’s business strategy,
operations, and growth plans.

Prior to Metromail, Faber was a member of the senior management team at R.R.
Donnelley & Sons for 10 years. He was instrumental in creating Metromail and
MapQuest, which were eventually spun out of the Donnelley family into private
companies.

AdForce markets centralized advertising delivery services, deploying advanced
scalable technology and offering a suite of products that allow advertisers
and publishers to analyze, target, and measure Internet advertising programs
for the best results.
