G. S. Schwartz Wins Frontline Communications Account

Frontline Communications Corp. selected G. S. Schwartz
& Co. Inc. in New York City as its public relations and investor relations
firm.


Frontline said Schwartz will provide a public relations and investor relations
program to further increase Frontline’s presence through an aggressive media
and financial community campaign. Billings were not disclosed.


“G. S. Schwartz will help us gain greater consumer and investor awareness as
Frontline continues to enhance its position as a leading regional Internet
service provider and national e-commerce business,” said Stephen J. Cole-
Hatchard, president and CEO of Frontline.


Frontline said it recently closed three acquisitions, increasing its
subscriber base to over 6,400, and the pending acquisition of the five
subsidiaries of Byron Preiss Multimedia is expected to increase revenues
between $6 to $8 million.


Frontline Communications offers leased line services for dedicated Internet
connections, Internet commerce sites, homepage design and implementation, Web
site hosting services and Internet consulting and training. Web sites include
www.fcc.net , www.wowfactor.com, www.magicarpet.com and www.uscom.com.
