Seattle-based Go2Net Inc., a network of
technology- and
community-driven Web sites, signed an agreement with barnesandnoble.com, making it the
exclusive bookseller for the Go2Net Network.

barnesandnoble.com will be prominently featured across network sites,
including MetaCrawler, Silicon Investor, PlaySite and 100hot.

The agreement also provides for a barnesandnoble.com Business Solutions
affiliates program on HyperMart, Go2Net’s free business hosting
service, which currently includes more than 150,000 small- and medium-sized
businesses. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

Under the Business Solutions program, barnesandnoble.com will expand its
distribution network by offering HyperMart businesses the opportunity to
establish a book commerce area on their own sites.
