ICL, an information technology services company, on Wednesday struck a deal to re-sell Engage Technologies (ENGA) customer profiling solutions from to its clients.

The product, Engage ProfileServer, helps Web site operators develop profiles of Web site visitors so they can personalize site content based on individual visitors’ interests.

“Companies around the world are feeling the pain of trying to find solutions that will help them attract customers and build repeat sales,” said Dean Whitlock, ICL vice president and general manager for eBusiness Services, North America.

“We’re committed to helping our customers find those solutions. Adding Engage’s profiling technologies to ICL’s customer relationship management and e-Business offerings makes perfect sense.”

ICL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu. Engage is a majority-owned company of CMGI (CMGI).
