Interactive agency K2 Design Inc. named P. Scott Munro of
Savoir Technology Group Inc. and David Sklaver of Artustry Partnership to its
board of directors.

Munro is chairman and CEO of Savoir Technology Group Inc., a distributor
and integrator of computer systems, software, storage and services. K2, whose
stock price has been languishing, said Munro brings to the board his
expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions and in assimilating
companies into a parent company.

Sklaver is a general partner, founder and CEO of Artustry Partnership, a strategic and
creative marketing company. Prior to founding Artustry Partnership, Sklaver
was president of ad agency Wells Rich Greene BDDP.

K2 is a full-service e-communications agency focusing on how technology can
help businesses build customer relationships. Clients include Arthur
Andersen, NCR, Puerto Rico Convention Bureau, Sony Online Entertainment,
Standard & Poor’s, and Varsitybooks.com.

Separately, K2 named Roland Reinhart an account director, to serve a primary
client point-of-contact and provide strategic marketing leadership. He joins
K2 from fine.com International, where he worked with
clients such as Fuji Photo Film USA, Japan Airlines and GE to develop
strategies for interactive initiatives.
