Interactive agency K2 Design Inc. launched MeetPuertoRico.com for the Puerto
Rico Convention Bureau (PRCB).

The site was designed by K2’s new travel group to promote Puerto Rico as an
ideal setting for conventions, conferences and group events, and to generate
qualified leads for PRCB. Billings were not disclosed.

Site visitors can gather enough practical information to create requests for
proposals (RFPs) according to specific meeting requirements. The PRCB, in
turn, expects to retrieve enough personalized data from the RFP’s to enhance
the speed and quality of follow-up communications, and to curtail the need
for cold sales calls to generate new business.

MeetPuertoRico.com blends tropical music with island imagery to give the user
an instant feel for Puerto Rico. MeetPuertoRico.com contains 80 site-pages
with 440 member database pages, four levels deep.
