K2 Design Names Direct Marketer as New CEO

Advertising executive and former Lowe Direct CEO Lynn Fantom has been named
president and CEO of K2 Design Inc.

Matthew de Ganon, K2’s executive chairman, said Fantom has also been elected
to the company’s board of directors.

“Working with Lynn will complete for K2 an unbeatable team,” said de Ganon,
who is replacing himself as CEO to continue his focus on guiding the agency’s
strategic direction, working with clients and expanding business partnerships.

“Her extensive marketing and management background rising through the ranks at
Draft Worldwide and leading Lowe Direct, coupled with her insights about new
media and the Internet, make her a perfect fit for K2 as we head into our next
period of growth.”

Fantom spent 15 years with Draft Worldwide, a direct marketing agency now
owned by Interpublic. The Interpublic Group installed Fantom as chief
executive officer of subsidiary Lowe Direct in 1996. For the past year Fantom
has served as an independent consultant to a select group of clients,
including DSTV, a seller of digital direct broadcast satellite television
systems, and Bates Worldwide.
