K2 Design Inc. said
Matthew de Ganon, agency co-founder,
president and vice chairman, was named chief executive and chairman.

David Centner, also a co-founder and former chief executive, will voluntarily
leave the agency to pursue other Internet entrepreneurial opportunities, said
the agency, which has been undergoing a variety of executive changes.

Last week, in a statement accompanying its earnings report, the agency said
management believes the company’s results of operations in the third quarter
of 1998 will reflect a significant decrease in revenues as compared to the
comparable period in 1997, and an operating loss, principally as a result of
the company’s focus on reorganizing its senior management team.
