Career site kforce.com from Romac International Inc.
named Beyond Interactive Inc. as its first
online advertising agency of record.

Beyond Interactive said it will create a multi-million dollar online direct
marketing and branding campaign for kforce.com.

“We feel that kforce represents something unique within the career management
and recruitment space,” said Nick Pahade, co-founder and chief strategic
officer of Beyond Interactive. “They have an opportunity to become the
industry leader through their brick and mortar history, online vision and Web
interface.”

kforce.com offers online services ranging from standard resume posting
through career development to exclusive career and job guarantees.

Beyond Interactive will manage all of the online strategic planning including
media planning and buying, campaign management, reporting and optimization
for kforce.com.

“We approached Beyond Interactive with a pretty hefty challenge: developing
an interactive marketing strategy that would put us at the top of the heap in
the online staffing world,” said Joe Liberatore, president of kforce.com.

“They have not only proven worthy of the challenge, but have shown a very
impressive ability to develop strategy, plan and buy media and optimize our
interactive campaigns.”

Romac is a full-service staffing, consulting and training company with more
than 100 offices in 50 markets nationwide.
Beyond Interactive is an independent subsidiary of Grey Advertising with
clients including Nickelodeon, PlanetRx.com, FortuneCity.com, and
PetStore.com.
